CrossFit Unbroken has been coaching the CrossFit method of training since June 2009. Before that, owner and head coach, Matt Hathcock, had been following and coaching CrossFit since September 2008. CrossFit Unbroken has since grown, moved into its second location, and is now offering more classes to better serve you, and your approach to fitness.

Class design is similar for each day. You will be lead through a warm up; go through technique and skill training; and then the workout begins. Classes are designed to take 45 minutes, and workouts will  generally range from 10-25 minutes!  In addition to the 26 regular “Workout Of the Day” (WOD) classes offered each week, we offer 11 Olympic Lifting classes to take your CrossFit training to the next level. CrossFit isn’t just about being in better conditioning shape, it’s about being strong as well.  And to do that, you must lift heavy.  In these classes you will learn the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, as well as all of the assistance movements to make you better at both.  It is proven that when you get good at these lifts, you will reap the benefits tremendously in your regular workouts.

Joining CrossFit Unbroken is very unlike joining any other gym.  Here, you are joining a team. And as part of Team Unbroken, you are pushed to your maximum potential everyday, by your team mates and your coaches. This kind of training atmosphere creates: faster results, as you push harder than you ever could by yourself; confidence in your abilities, as you get better with each workout; and a strong community, as you motivate and encourage each other.
